Our Mediterranean restaurant, Tess de Mar, has ended this season with the incredible news that it has entered the Michelin Guide in its first year of operation.
The Chef and all his team are working on the new menu, which will be presented on 21st March when it reopens its doors to continue to surprise the most demanding palates on the island.
In this second season, the whole team will strive, as always, to treat diners to an unsurpassable gastronomic experience, through the fusion of Mediterranean cuisine with creative cuisine and above all through the use of top quality products, which are the fundamental pillar.
These dishes tell stories, not only through their fantastic proposals, such as the use of fish fresh from the market, Mallorcan lamb or aged beef, but also, through their extensive offer of select wines, with the head waiter and sommelier, Filipe da Silva, will be able to provide advice on which option pairs best with each of the dishes offered by this luxury restaurant in Mallorca.
