Fish from Lonja, Mallorcan lamb, aged beef, vegetables from our vegetable garden, all perfectly cooked and on the coals of our oven. 

MALLORCAN AND INTERNATIONAL WINES 

The wine cellar 

Tess de Mar has 50 types of pre-selected wine, amongst them are Mallorcan, national and international wines.
Our restaurant manager, and sommelier, will guide you through which beverages go best with the dishes.

Ask them for the ‘Special Edition’ with more than 20 of the most exclusive wines from our cellar, served by the glass.
